Angel Champagne is the finest and most prestigious wines skillfully blended by our highly acclaimed oenologists and attention by our maitre de chai.

Angel Champagne is considered to be one of the most innovative and original Champagne brands ever approved for production.
Angel’s unique identity and hand-dressed bottles create a hugely desirable and emotional experience. They speak clearly and simply to both the eyes and the palate, signifying very high standards for style consciousness.

Grapes

Champagne is made from three grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier. Angel uses the centuries-old craft of assemblage to blend these classical Champagne grapes, which creates the aesthetic taste and bouquet of Angel Champagne.

The Chardonnay, a white grape, brings to our champagne its soft, fruity flavor and great refreshing acidity. This delightful grape planted in northeastern France by the Romans has spread widely across the world. Today, Chardonnay has become one of the most planted grape varieties in the world and is the grape behind some of the great wines in the world, both still and sparkling.

Pinot Noir, one of the world’s most exquisite red grapes, is famed for its silky texture and adds a certain gentle red fruit note, such as strawberries and redcurrants, to the wine. It brings boldness and depth to the opulent taste of Angel. Pinot Noir is arguably the most charismatic of all grape varieties.

Pinot Meunier, also a red grape, adds a good-natured fruity softness to the final wines. Angel Champagne’s distinctive notes owe much to the fruitness and freshness this grape adds to the power of Pinot Noir and the grace of Chardonnay.
The name Meunier, meaning miller, is attributed to the flour-like dustiness on the underside of its leaves.

Storage

ANGEL CHAMPAGNE uses a forwarder specialized in wine transfer. Our champagne is transferred at a constant temperature and delivered to the warehouse with dock shelters, which prevent outside air from entering the warehouse. The warehouse temperature is set at 14℃ and equips sheet-duct air conditioning for sudden temperature changes. The temperature and humidity are monitored 24 hours a day to prevent corks from drying out.

Serving

Champagne must be treated delicately. It must be stored in cold conditions with little exposure to sunlight. A place with very little variation in temperature. Between 4℃ and 15℃ is perfect. Keeping the bottles horizontal is crucial in allowing the cork to stay moist, which keeps air out and gas in. Following these procedures will ensure that the flavor and bubbles in your Angel champagne are maintained.

As long as it is chilled, you can serve champagne however you want. However, we’d suggest serving Angel Champagne in a wine glass to let it breathe and express itself to the max. Also, we recommend you pour Vintage champagne gently as possible. The taste of gently poured wines is something exquisite that we all must experience.
